Breathwork 1:1 session
1:1 sessions can be done as a standalone session however they are much more effective when done in the full series.
In the series we systematically work through the 7 belts of tension as described by Wilhelm Reich*.
The series consists of 8 sessions, an introductory session followed by a session dedicated to each belt of tension.
There is homework between each session in the form of complimentary practices/meditations. These are all powerful standalone practices but also help to deepen the breathwork sessions.
With the full series the client will also be provided with a list of resources including music, books, podcasts and have access to myself for any extra support needed throughout the process.
