Sound Bath North Warrandyte: working with the body, not just the mind
A sound bath is a deeply restful experience where you lie back and let layers of sound wash over you. Gongs, singing bowls, handpan, shamanic drum, Native American flute and didgeridoo combine to guide the body into deep rest.
What happens in a sound bath session
You simply get comfortable on a mat with blankets and pillows and let the sound do the work. The vibrations of each instrument invite the nervous system to slow down, the mind to quieten and the body to let go of tension it has been holding.
You remain aware, in control and supported throughout, and every session is tailored to you. Learn more about our sound journeys.

Sound Bath for North Warrandyte clients
Onaya is based in North Warrandyte, so local clients are only minutes away. We regularly see people from Warrandyte, Research, Eltham, Diamond Creek, Kangaroo Ground, Park Orchards, Donvale and Templestowe, in a quiet, private studio surrounded by bush.
Getting started
The best first step is a free connection call, so we can talk about what you are looking for and whether this work is right for you. From there, many clients begin with the 3-Session Intro Series ($500), which gives your body and nervous system time to settle into the work and start to shift.
