Myofascial Energetic Release North Warrandyte: working with the body, not just the mind
Myofascial Energetic Release combines slow, deep fascia work with energetic awareness to release tension and emotion stored in the body.
What happens in a myofascial energetic release session
Sessions are trauma informed and paced to your nervous system. Breath and sound are often woven in to help the body feel safe enough to soften and let go.
You remain aware, in control and supported throughout, and every session is tailored to you. Learn more about our myofascial energetic release.

Getting started
The best first step is a free connection call, so we can talk about what you are looking for and whether this work is right for you. From there, many clients begin with the 3-Session Intro Series ($500), which gives your body and nervous system time to settle into the work and start to shift.
