Breathwork Workshop for Thornbury clients
Onaya started out working with clients in Thornbury and Melbourne’s inner north, and many people from Thornbury, Northcote, Preston, Fairfield and Alphington continue their sessions with Mike at his studio in North Warrandyte. It is an easy drive out to the bush, and many clients find the trip part of the reset.

The best first step is a free connection call, so we can talk about what you are looking for and whether this work is right for you. From there, many clients begin with the 3-Session Intro Series ($500), which gives your body and nervous system time to settle into the work and start to shift.
